Synergy ECP encourages employees to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness, a good diet, and a focus on mental health. Synergy ECP employees will receive distributions twice a month in their paychecks. These distributions can be used to offset costs associated with achieving and/or maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

Synergy ECP provides corporate support in the form of reimbursement for course tuition fees and certification fees for manager-approved employee education and training initiatives.

All Synergy ECP medical plans offered are eligible for Health Savings Accounts (HSA). An HSA allows you to put money away and withdraw tax-free, if you use it for qualified medical expenses, like deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and more.

Employees may withhold up to the IRS maximum contribution limits annually on a pre-tax basis for allowed health or dependent care expenses such as daycare.
