Joshua Reddell, Chief Growth Officer

Josh Reddell serves as Chief Growth Officer of Synergy ECP, where he leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy across the federal market. He is responsible for business development, capture operations, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions ensuring that Synergy ECP’s expansion directly supports the critical national security missions of its clients.

Josh’s approach to growth centers on long-term sustainability, capability expansion, and mission alignment. He focuses on positioning Synergy ECP to address evolving government requirements across defense, intelligence, and federal communities while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and shared accountability throughout the organization.

Prior to his current role, Josh served as Vice President of Growth Operations & Strategy at Synergy ECP, overseeing strategic initiatives, market analysis, and M&A efforts. Before joining Synergy ECP, he held senior executive leadership positions at ManTech, where he led enterprise strategic pursuits, practice integration, and capture operations. His career spans security operations, program leadership, and enterprise growth providing both operational depth and strategic breadth in scaling organizations for mission impact.

Josh earned a B.A. Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado. He later earned a MBA from Purdue and a MPS Information Assurance from Fort Hays State University. Joshua holds a variety of certifications covering Program Management, Insider Threat, Agile Development, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Communication Strategy, Law and Cloud.
