Ross Hecox serves as Chief People Officer at Synergy ECP, where he leads human resources, talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and workforce strategy. He is responsible for aligning people strategy with business strategy to ensure the organization remains agile, resilient, and mission-ready in support of national security clients.

His connection to the national security mission is personal. Growing up in a household shaped by classified work, Ross developed an early appreciation for the unique pressures national security professionals and their families face. Ross began his career in recruiting before expanding his expertise across the broader human resources function.
